First article inspection
Before mass production, the first batch of samples is tested for full size, function, and material to confirm compliance and avoid batch problems.

Inspection of the production process
Spot check the semi-finished products of the production line and monitor the quality stability of key processes (such as welding, assembly, spraying).
Record the problem and feedback to the factory for rectification to avoid the accumulation of defective products.

Finished product inspection
Visual inspection: surface defects, color consistency, printed logos, etc.
Functional testing: Simulate real-world usage scenarios (e.g., electrical appliance energizing test, durability of mechanical components).Packaging inspection: internal and external packaging materials, shipping marks, barcodes, protective measures (such as moisture-proof, shock-proof).
Specification check: whether the quantity, model, and accessories are consistent with the order.

Sampling Methods
Common international standards (e.g., ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, MIL-STD-105E) are used to determine the number of samples and AQL (Acceptable Quality Level).
For example: AQL 2.5 for general industrial products, AQL 1.0 for precision instruments, AQL 0 for fatal defects.

Document review
Check product certificates (e.g. quality inspection reports, CE/FCC certifications), packing lists, batch numbers, traceability labels, etc.
Confirm that the documents are consistent with the physical object and meet the customs clearance requirements.

Container supervision
No matter where the cargo is loaded onto the ship, our inspectors can guide and supervise the entire loading process at your designated location. Our container loading supervision services ensure that your cargo is in good condition and properly secured, providing a strong guarantee for the safe delivery of your goods.
Check the loading capacity of the container to check whether the container structure is damaged, whether the seal is good, whether the interior is dry and clean, and whether there is any residual odor.
Verify the quantity and model of the products to be loaded, and check the condition of the outer packaging.
According to the shape and size of the outer packaging of the product, supervise the use of space and avoid the extrusion of the goods, and reasonably fix the necessary parts to prevent the goods from being damaged due to bumps during transportation.
Once all the goods have been loaded into the container and properly secured, the container will be sealed and recorded.
