Methods for the composition of metal wires mainly include the following:
Drawing method: including single wire drawing and bundle drawing. Single wire drawing is carried out using a metal wire drawing machine. The advantage is high precision, but the cost and efficiency are low. Bundle drawing is to assemble many stainless steel wires for continuous multi-strand drawing. This method is often used in large-scale production of high-strength ultra-fine metal fiber products.
Cutting method: including milling, turning, shearing and scraping. This method uses equipment or special equipment to mechanically cut into metal fibers.
Melting beam method: including crucible melting beam method, hanging drop melting beam method and melting wire drawing method. This method heats the stainless steel wire to a molten state, and then sprays or throws out the molten metal liquid through a special device and cools it to form metal fibers.
Each of these methods has its own advantages and disadvantages. Choosing the right method depends on specific needs and production conditions.
