Domestic polyester wire mesh and nylon wire mesh have a good market, and polyester wire mesh is still exported in small quantities, but the types and specifications of domestic wire mesh are too few, and high-quality, high-mesh and wide-width wire mesh need to be developed.
A new type of non-woven wire mesh has been developed abroad, which overcomes the trouble of applying photosensitive glue at the intersection of the warp and weft lines of traditional wire mesh. Modern advanced ultra-fine graphic screen printing, fine layer screen printing, high-precision positioning screen printing, special ink quantitative screen printing and large-scale color gradation screen printing, etc., all put forward higher requirements for the screen used: such as high strength, low elongation rate, repeatability, consistency, long service life, etc.; such as printing electronic micro components, integrated circuits, multi-layer printed circuits, fluorescent digital displays, aerospace instrument flat panel displays and other high-tech products; such as screen printing requires anti-static, metallization treatment, physical, chemical treatment or special materials.
The precision of printed circuit boards and electronic components is obvious, and the accuracy of size and position is very high. In addition to the polyester, polyamide and stainless steel in the past, the types of screens have also appeared with high-tension polyester as the yarn core and polyamide as the core sleeve. Made of polypropylene fiber, the mesh is 330 mesh, the wire diameter is 23μm, and the interweaving is 36μm. It can obtain high tension, which is really an epoch-making screen. Moreover, in order to meet the requirements of precision, the above screens have been treated with plasma, metal evaporation, polishing and other treatments.
